Request for Prohibited Items to Customers
We ask you to strictly observe the prohibited items so that our therapists can provide you with a better service with peace of mind.
- Be-Spa (hereafter referred to as "our store") operates in accordance with the laws of Japan. We are not a sex store and therefore do not provide any sexual services. We prohibit touching the therapists and forcing them to provide excessive services (brothel-like services or concentrated massages on only one part of the body). We also do not provide any services such as rejuvenating massage or testicle massage.
- Photographing of the therapist or other persons (images will be deleted on the spot).
- Behavior or behavior that the therapist finds repulsive.
- Masturbation
- Scouting for therapists
- Stalking the therapist
- Taking the therapist out of the store (We prohibit meeting the therapist outside of the store. Please refrain from ambushing the therapist or inviting the therapist to leave the store).
If you fail to follow the above rules, we will immediately stop the service and will not refund any of your money.
If a therapist or staff member determines that a situation is dangerous, we will report the situation to the local police station.
Restrictions on Use

- Drug users, drunken people, and people who may cause trouble to others by shouting, etc.

If you do not abide by the above rules, we will immediately stop the service and will not refund any fees.
Notes on Reservations
We only accept reservations by line or email.
Once a reservation has been made by a customer, all other reservations at that time will be declined.
Therefore, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your reservation.
We will not be able to keep your reservation next time if you cancel frequently or do not show up for your appointment without notifying us.
If we are unable to contact you at the reserved time, we will cancel your reservation.
